Return, Exchange & Refund Policy


Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

  • Requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with the seal intact for safety and hygiene purposes.

Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Skincare products that have been opened or used.
  • Cosmetics products (such as lipsticks, foundations, etc.) that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

Exchange Policy

  • Size or shade exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items received. Exchanges for a different shade or product are not permitted once opened, due to hygiene reasons.
  • If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, we will exchange it for the same product (subject to availability) or offer a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after a quality check of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your location. If reverse pickup is not available, customers will be required to self-ship the returned product.
  • Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will follow the standard refund timelines.
